Last Course Reflection

 

 

          In the future, I see myself as a professional, and I would like to teach my knowledge to my future students. I have learned a lot throughout the course. I learned to use tools that I didn't know existed before, but now I know they exist and I can take advantage of them. I see myself being a very good teacher because I like to transmit my knowledge to others. With the new tools, I learned in this course I can teach in a better way. The tools make it easier to teach, I can teach in a different and fun way using all the tools.

 

          Technology is here to help. Before, teachers didn't have the tools and technology they have today. That is why my vision as a teacher is to be able to use all the tools to teach. Now it is easier to teach because there are different ways to do it. Teachers can teach with videos, presentations, drawings, quizzes, games, among others. All this makes it more fun for students to learn new things. I plan to use every important resource in my teaching process.

 

          Throughout the course, I learned new ways to create content for the classroom, but for me, one of the things I liked was the way to create stories through images, with small texts that explain the stories. For me, it is an excellent way to put creativity and writing into practice. The students can create their own stories with their own landscapes and characters, put a text that will form a story. And another thing that I found interesting was that there are tools that can create questions, for example, with a text, the tool draws questions. For me, this reduces the teachers' work time a little bit and it is good.

 

          I think I have acquired very good knowledge, which will help me in my professional future. An institution that hires me can be sure that I will be of great help to the institution, because the classes will be different thanks to all the tools I learned. Technology helps me to facilitate the work and to create new ways of teaching. Through technology I as a teacher can use different resources that will make the classes more satisfactory.

 

          For me this course was of great benefit, I learned many new things. There are thousands of tools that I don't even know yet and many all of the ones that I learned in this course I had no idea about all of them. Now I know that I can use them, and now I know they exist. One thing I liked was that all the applications were relatively easy to use. Thanks to technology now we teachers can make classes more fun, more engaging for the students, so they don't get bored or don't pay attention. For me the course was excellent, every week I learned something new and I believe that all the knowledge will remain for me to put into practice when I become a teacher.
